RE: Inaccurate information on my credit report.
Dear Sirs:
I am writing to dispute the following information on my
credit report. The items I dispute also are encircled on the
attached copy of the report I received.
The following items are incorrect:
1. Account number, Credit account
2. Judgment or creditor or tax court.
Those items are inaccurate. They do not belong to me.
I am requesting that the items be deleted. By the FCRA
you have thirty days to conduct an investigation. Any
information which is not 100% accurate, must be deleted.
